(Reuters) – Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE: BRKa) said it sold 750,000 shares of DaVita (NYSE: DVA) between February 14 and 19, reducing its stake in the kidney dialysis services provider by about 2% to 35.14 million shares.
Berkshire disclosed the sales in a Wednesday night filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The selling followed Berkshire’s sale of 203,091 DaVita shares on February 11.
